Players and Parents;

1) Tryouts are here! We will have three tryout sessions as required by VHSL. Prospective players should bring all of their necessary equipment and supply their own water bottles for tryouts. Dates include:
Monday, Feb. 20th 10:00 am – noon.
Monday, Feb. 20th 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm (or thereabout).
*Lunch will be provided in between Monday’s tryout sessions.
Tuesday, Feb. 21st after school – 4:00 pm

2) Blue cards and physicals needed! These are required from your sons for try-outs! Most returning varsity players and about half our JV / Freshmen have already turned in blue cards.

Districts are 5/14, 5/15 and 5/17
Regionals are planned for 5/24, 28, 30 and Jun 1

4) The SJHS Boys Lacrosse Team will be attending/participating in the Commonwealth Team Camp for our 4th consecutive year!

Who: Any SJHS Boys lacrosse players (includes rising 9th graders).
What: Commonwealth Team Camp
When: 7/16 to 7/19
Where: Virginia Tech

Each year the SJHS team is very well represented at this camp and we aim to make that a reality again. If you have any questions please review the attached camp brochure and please send in your deposits as soon as you can!
