Much of the formal off-season conditioning for the Raiders takes
place here in the Raider Weight Room. This state of the art facility received an $80,000 upgrade recently and now boasts 10
elevated lifting platforms and bumper plates, 4 plasma screen TV's and sound system, hammer jammer, and a wide variety
of Hammer Strength fitness equipment.

Midfielder Juan Orellana (#1) was the recipient of the 2009 Most
Improved Player award on the varsity team. A first year player, Juan began the season on the JV team but by the
end of the 2009 campaign, Juan was a second line midfielder for the Raiders tallying 5 goals and 16 ground balls.

Attackman
Nick Betonti (#7) was the Raiders leading goal scorer in 2009 with 46 tallies which earned him 2nd team all district
honors.

Attackman
Ty Kashur (#9) shattered scoring records over the course of his sophomore year. In the 2009 season, Ty broke SJ's
single season points record of 70 (set by Ryan Verrilli in 2005) with 83 points. Also, Ty was named 1st team all district
and led the Cedar Run District in points for the 2009 regular season.
